Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

Assist Priests and Deacons in serving the Precious Body and Blood to the parishioners.

Lectors

at the Mass this person reads the prescribed Biblical readings.

Ushers

assist those who have come to Mass in finding open seating to accommodate their needs.

Greeters

welcome all who enter the church before Mass, hand out written material and answer minor questions. Collectors pass baskets to collect monetary donations of the people for the Church. Children may accompany their parents in this task.

Altar Servers

Altar Servers carry the cross, the processional candles, hold the book for the priest celebrant when he is not at the altar, carry the incense and censer, present the bread, wine, and water to the priest during the preparation of the gifts or assist him when he receives the gifts from the people, assist the priest celebrant and deacon as necessary.
